How the AGM works
Once every two years, members convene.
An Annual General Meeting (AGM) shall be held once every two years. At least one month’s notice will be given and published in the Borneo Bulletin to announce the next AGM.
Functions of the meeting
Review and validate the financial accounts and reports from the previous year, presented by the Executive Committee and the Auditor.
If necessary, vote to appoint the office bearers for the upcoming term within the Executive Committee.
Select the Auditor for the forthcoming year.
Deliberate on any proposed resolution(s) for which prior notice has been provided, and make decisions accordingly.
Address any additional matters or business matters brought before the meeting.
